Colon (large intestine) cancer is the second most common cancer in women and men in developed countries. Factors such as irregular nutrition, insufficient movement, disease in the family, and excess weight can cause the disease.

Who are at risk?

• Nutrition with excessive fat food
• Red meat consumption
• Still life
• Smoking and Alcohol consumption
• Having colon cancer in his family
• Overweight (obesity)

Symptoms

Pain in the abdomen and rectum
Blood in stool
• Feeling tense in the rectum
• Irregularity in bowel habits
• Tiredness
• weight loss

Treatment

If colon cancer is limited to the bowel, it is treated with surgical intervention.
Early diagnosis is very important for the success rate of treatment to increase.
After 50 years of age, colonoscopy and regular doctor control are necessary for early diagnosis.
