Influenza can be dangerous for those in the risk group (pregnant women, nursing mothers, babies, children, the elderly, etc.) and should consult a doctor early.
Eating regular and healthy foods, especially consuming fresh vegetables and fruits, is important to prevent flu.
What to do when I get sick?

The physician should be consulted and the drug should not be used other than the physician's recommendation.
Antibiotic therapy does not benefit in flu and cold.
Wearing a mask when entering crowded environments can prevent the disease from transmitting to others.
Abundant fluid consumption and rest is necessary.
Disposable wipes should be used once during sneezing, coughing.
