Corporate orientation training is given to all newly recruited employees on the day of employment. In addition, a full-day orientation training is given by Human Resources in the form of classroom training during the month they start work. Following the institutional orientation, the department's specific orientation training program is implemented by the unit where it will work. Here, it is aimed for the employee to learn the department and task-specific processes and practices in company with guidance. All training and development activities, except orientation and compulsory education; competencies are determined according to the annual training needs analysis, taking into account accreditation standards, professional and personal needs. Training and development plans are prepared taking into account the results from this analysis; when necessary, it is supported by training of professional companies.
