It is a short-term dizziness that occurs when the head changes direction, There are spontaneous eye movements during dizziness. Its distinctive feature from other dizziness is its short duration. The dizziness that occurs is triggered only by the movements of the head, and since the dizziness is sudden and severe, it is generally thought that the dizziness attacks last for a long time. During the attacks, our patients experience fear and delirium, and accordingly, they experience a tension problem. In patients with dizziness, severe dizziness, nausea, vomiting, palpitations, sweating and headache accompany.

Causes Dizziness?

• Positional vertigo is the most common cause of vertigo.
• Every 5 patients with dizziness; 1 or 2 are for positional Vertigo.
• Crystal formation; The sensitive hairs in the center of balance in the inner ear are dislocated for different reasons, and the current liquid becomes crystalline due to its content, preventing the flow of the balance fluid.
• The reason for gender and age: dizziness is seen mostly in middle and advanced ages and women.
• The cause of trauma; car accidents, falling from a height, traumas to deal with. In this patient group, dizziness can be seen in both ears.
• Occupational reason; Department staff, Hairdresser, Painter, Big vehicle drivers
• Diseases: Internal ear diseases, Migraine, meniere's disease.
• Reason for surgery; post-middle or inner ear surgeries.
