DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT ON THE FEAST!

The companion of the feast days that will meet you at the end of Ramadan is quite suitable for increasing weight gain. Consuming large amounts of sugary tea and coffee, eating pastries too much, increasing the consumption of sweets are among the mistakes made.

Here are the important details to consider after Ramadan:

• Be sure to drink 2.5 liters of water a day after Ramadan. Ensure the body's fluid balance.
• Eat sugar-free tea and coffee wherever you go on holiday visits and drink them in reasonable amounts.
• Avoid foods such as bread, pasta, rice, sweets, and pastries.
• Head for vegetables and fruits with high fiber in your diet.
• Do not eat chocolates and candies that are served everywhere you go, especially during holidays.
• Refuse politely desserts with excess calories in treats. Do not consume desserts every time you visit in order not to break the others.
• For those who come to you, offer milk and fruit desserts instead of heavy sweets.
• Do not insist on those who come to you to eat. Suggest healthy options if they refuse.
• Add cinnamon to the diet after Ramadan, where blood sugar imbalances may occur.
• If you consume desserts, then consume half a portion of food from the milk and yoghurt group and balance your blood sugar.
• Do not neglect to do physical activity so that the foods taken after Ramadan do not return to weight.
• Outdoor walks are very beneficial for your health. If possible, take a walk every day, if not 3 days a week.
• Chew food well, eat slowly and eat a small amount of food.
• If the consumption of nutrients such as nuts, chips, or tea, such as biscuits, cookies, and pastries have come into your life, give up these habits from Ramadan.
