How often should I have Check Up done?

Check-Up, in other words, general health check is recommended to be done regularly to all people who have no complaints and diseases at least once a year. According to familial risk factors (Cancer, Coronary Artery disease, etc.), the recommended application repeat duration may vary.

How should the Check-Up content be?

Package programs (Child-Female Screening-Prostate ... etc.) specially designed for certain age periods are created in our group in continuity. Special screening programs for familial genetically transmitted diseases are also prepared as packages. As a result of determining the risk factors according to personal age, gender, risk factors, lifestyle and family burden of disease, the determination of the relevant physical examinations and the Laboratory / Radiological tests required are prepared specifically for the individual.
It should be noted that early diagnosis often saves lives. For this reason, it is definitely recommended by physicians to prepare and implement a personal program. In our group, checkup evaluations are made by the specialist physicians of the subject.

How much time should I spare for check up?

You should come on an empty stomach in the morning and give blood-urine samples first. It is okay to have your breakfast after giving your samples. After that, we ask you to take your radiological shots. After all these procedures are completed, you have a doctor's examination to get the doctor's views along with your results. All your transactions are completed within 1 day. It is sufficient to allocate an average of 2-3 hours in a day for the relevant transactions.

While coming to your check-up appointment;

It will be appropriate to bring the results of previous tests and other tests with you. We kindly ask you to come with comfortable clothes and shoes for tests that will require possible physical activity on the day of the appointment. We prefer to be at least 10-12 hours of hunger on the day of the appointment. Having eaten heavy meals and sweets before check up or, on the contrary, having a little food for a few days, having a check up (within 48 hours) can affect the results. Thus, according to your physical activity and eating habits in your daily life, your test results will be produced.
